This post is for anyone thinking about working with us: what Wellfound is, what kind of people we hire, and what you can expect if you apply.

What Wellfound is

Wellfound, which used to be called AngelList Talent, is a job platform built around startups. Candidates go there because the listings tend to be more upfront than on general job boards: most show the salary range, the company size and the stage, and you often end up talking to a founder rather than a recruiter.

That matches how we hire, so it made sense to be there.

What our Wellfound page shows

We are listed as Amionyx Digital Marketing Company, under the line "AI First Digital & IT Company". The page has three tabs:

• Overview: what we do, a few slides on our services, and the basics on the side: website, Indore as our location, a company size of 11 to 50 people, and our markets, listed as Information Services and Digital Marketing.
• People: the team, starting with our founder, Aamair Khan.
• Jobs: empty for now. We are adding our roles there, so if you want to hear the moment one goes up, press Follow or Create job alert on the page.

Who we are, briefly

Amionyx is a digital marketing agency and software development company in Indore. We started in 2026. Our clients are businesses in Indore, across India and abroad, and the work covers SEO, Google Ads and Meta ads, social media, websites, mobile apps, AI and UI/UX design.

We are a small team. That has upsides and downsides, and you should know both before you apply. The upside is that you will own real work from your first month, you will talk to clients, and nobody will hide what you did behind a manager's name. The downside is that there is no big training department or polished career ladder yet. If you like structure handed to you, we are probably not the right place right now.

The kind of roles we hire for

Our open roles change, so the live list is always on our careers page. To give you an idea, recent openings have included:

Every listing says whether the role is remote, hybrid or on-site. We do not call a job "remote" and then ask you to come in five days a week.

What you can count on

These are the same promises we make on our careers page, and we hold ourselves to them:

• A reply, either way. We read every application ourselves and reply within 7 working days. If it is a no, we say so. No ghosting.
• Direct founder access. There is no HR pipeline. You work alongside the people building the company.
• Output over hours. We care about the work, not about when your status light is green.
• A role that grows. As the company grows, your responsibilities grow with it.

How to apply, and what helps

Until our roles are up on Wellfound, apply straight from our careers page. Once they are, either route reaches the same people.

A few things make a real difference when we read applications:

• Show the work. A portfolio, a campaign you ran, a GitHub repo or a before-and-after. One real example beats a page of skills.
• Tell us the numbers, if you have them. "Brought cost per lead down from ₹420 to ₹180" tells us more than "managed ad campaigns".
• Write a short note yourself. Two or three lines on why this role and why us. We can tell when a cover letter was written for fifty companies at once.
