Run your business on software, not on paperwork.
We help established businesses move their daily work off paper, spreadsheets, email threads and chat groups, one process at a time. We start with a fixed-price discovery, fix the process that costs you most, and train your team before we touch the next one.
The business grew. The way it runs didn’t.
Manual processes work until the volume rises. Then they cost you orders, accuracy and time.
Orders in five places
Orders arrive by phone, email and WhatsApp, and quotations live in someone’s spreadsheet.
Approvals that wait
Requests sit in an inbox until somebody remembers to chase them.
Mistakes customers see
A missed order or a wrong price goes out, and stock is still counted by hand.
Reports that take days
Month-end numbers have to be pieced together from several files.
How we approach it
- Skip the big-bang ERP project that staff quietly work around.
- Start with the one process causing the most delay or mistakes.
- Map how it runs today, then replace it with something simple your team learns quickly.
- When that works, move to the next process.
Digital transformation, one process at a time.
- 01
Process mapping
We sit with the people who do the work and write down every step: who enters what, where it is copied, who approves it and where it gets stuck.
- 02
The right tool, built or bought
Sometimes the answer is a simple web app built around your process: an order portal, a quotation builder, an approval flow. Sometimes an off-the-shelf product such as Zoho or HubSpot does the job for less. We take no commission on software we suggest.
- 03
CRM and customer records
One place for every customer, enquiry, quotation and follow-up, instead of contacts spread across phones and inboxes. We set it up, import your records and connect it to your forms, email and WhatsApp Business.
- 04
Automation, and AI where it helps
Reminders, order confirmations, low-stock alerts and approval requests that happen on their own. Where AI genuinely saves time, such as reading order details out of emails or PDFs, we add it with a person checking the result.
- 05
Training and adoption
Short sessions for each role, in English or Hindi, with a written guide. We stay close for the first weeks after launch, when new software is either adopted or quietly abandoned.
- 06
Reports you can trust
Orders by customer, pending approvals, stock levels and overdue follow-ups on a simple dashboard the owner can open on a phone, instead of a spreadsheet rebuilt every month.
From one messy process to one that runs itself.
Here is a hypothetical example. A distributor takes orders by phone and WhatsApp, a staff member types them into a spreadsheet, and the warehouse gets a printout. Orders are missed, prices are sometimes wrong and nobody knows what is pending. The steps below show how we would approach it.
- 1
Week 1–2
Fixed-price discovery
We map the order process with the sales desk, the warehouse and accounts,. You receive a process map, the recommended fix, and a scope and price. The findings are yours to use with anyone.
- 2
Week 2–3
Design with your team
Simple screens for the people who will use them: an order form for the sales desk, a pick list for the warehouse, a pending-orders view for the owner. Staff review them before anything is built.
- 3
Week 3–8
Build and test with real data
We build the order app, connect it to the CRM and to WhatsApp Business for confirmations, and test it with last month’s orders. You see progress every week on a preview link.
- 4
Week 1–2 after launch
Run side by side, then switch
The old spreadsheet and the new app run together briefly so nothing is lost. We train each role and switch fully once the team is comfortable.
- 5
After a month
Review and the next process
Together we decide whether to improve this process or move to the next, such as quotations or stock. There is no obligation to continue.
Who this is for, and who it isn’t.
A good fit if
- Manufacturers, distributors, traders and service firms with a working business and daily processes held together by spreadsheets, email and chat groups
- Owners who want to start with one clear problem and see it fixed before committing to more
- Teams willing to give a few hours to explain how the work really happens today
Probably not for you if
- Large enterprises planning a company-wide ERP rollout with a formal procurement process; a specialist ERP integrator will suit you better
- Businesses looking for software to be installed without anyone on their side having time to learn or use it
- Anyone expecting AI alone to fix a process nobody has written down yet
How much does digital transformation cost?
The discovery is fixed-price. After that, each process is quoted separately as a fixed-price project, or run hourly or monthly if you prefer. You receive a written proposal within 7 working days, there is no lock-in, and the accounts, data and code are owned by you.
Starting from $49
Questions we’re asked.
For a small or medium business it usually means moving everyday work, such as orders, quotations, approvals and stock, off paper, spreadsheets and chat groups onto software that keeps the data in one place. It doesn’t have to mean a large ERP project.
Start with the process that causes the most delay, errors or chasing, and that many people touch. Our fixed-price discovery maps it and tells you what to change first.
It depends on how standard your process is. If an existing product fits most of your needs, it is usually cheaper and faster. If your process is specific to your business, a simple custom web app can fit better. We take no commission on tools.
It depends on the process, the number of users and whether software is bought or built. We start with a fixed-price discovery, then quote each process separately, so you never commit to a large budget up front. Projects start from $49.
Adoption is the part most projects underestimate. We design screens with the people who will use them, train each role in English or Hindi, and run old and new systems side by side for a short time.
Often, yes. Orders can be captured through a simple form or portal, WhatsApp Business can send confirmations and updates, and AI can help read order details from emails or PDFs, with a person checking before anything is processed.
The discovery typically takes one to two weeks. Replacing a single process such as order taking or quotations usually takes a few weeks to two months, depending on integrations and how much data needs moving. The proposal gives you a timeline before work starts.
Yes. We work with businesses in the US and Canada, the UK and Europe, the Middle East, Australia and India, over video calls and shared documents.
