Real estate lead generation that ends in a site visit.

Project microsites, lead ads that ask the right questions, instant WhatsApp follow-up and CRM routing to your sales team, so buyers with a real budget and timeline reach a salesperson quickly.

This page describes how we approach real estate marketing. Ask us for relevant work samples.

Where property leads go wrong

Plenty of leads, not enough buyers.

Property marketing often produces long lists of names and a sales team that complains about quality.

  • Curious, not serious

One-tap forms are filled in by people who were only browsing.

  • Slow first call

Leads wait a day for a call, by which time they have enquired about three other projects.

  • Leads lost in handover

Enquiries don’t reach the right salesperson with their source attached.

  • Housing ad rules

Platforms such as Meta limit targeting by age, gender and postcode for housing ads in some markets.

How we approach it

  • Ask a few useful questions: budget, timeline, location and configuration.
  • Reply within minutes, not hours.
  • Route every lead to the right salesperson with its source.
  • Judge the marketing by site visits and bookings, and plan within ad rules from the start.
What we build and run

What real estate digital marketing should include.

  • 01

    Project microsites and landing pages

A fast page for each project or listing: location and connectivity, floor plans, configurations, amenities, price range where you publish it, approvals and registration numbers you supply, and a short form or WhatsApp button that works on any phone.

  • 02

Meta and Google lead ads with qualification

Lead form campaigns on Facebook and Instagram and search campaigns on Google, with qualifying questions on budget, timeline and location. We would typically test short and higher-intent forms side by side and keep what brings site visits.

  • 03

    WhatsApp follow-up

An instant WhatsApp message through the WhatsApp Business Platform when a lead arrives, with the brochure, location pin and a link to book a visit. Replies go to a shared inbox or straight to the assigned salesperson.

  • 04

CRM routing to your sales team

Leads from every source pushed into your CRM, whether Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared or a sheet for now, tagged by project and campaign and assigned by project, location or round robin, with reminders when nobody calls back.

  • 05

    Site-visit booking

A booking page or WhatsApp flow where buyers choose a date and time slot, with confirmations and reminders to both sides. Visits and bookings are fed back to the ad platforms so campaigns learn from real outcomes, not form fills.

  • 06

    Listing pages and virtual tours

Searchable listing pages for brokers and agencies, with filters, maps and structured data, plus embedded virtual tours or walkthrough videos so buyers abroad can shortlist before they travel.

How a campaign runs

How we would set up your lead generation.

A project microsite and first campaigns typically go live in two to three weeks. After that the work is monthly: new creatives, tighter questions and better routing, judged by site visits.

  1. 1

    Days 1–5

    Discovery

Under NDA, we learn the project or inventory, the target buyer, price bands, your sales process and CRM. You get a written proposal with scope, timeline and price within 7 working days.

  2. 2

    Week 1–2

    Microsite and tracking

Landing pages built from your approved content and brochure, with conversion tracking, the ad platforms’ conversion APIs and a thank-you step that offers a site-visit slot.

  3. 3

    Week 2

    Lead flow and CRM

Lead forms, WhatsApp templates, CRM fields and assignment rules set up and tested end to end with dummy leads before any money is spent.

  4. 4

    Week 2–3

    Launch campaigns

Meta and Google campaigns within each platform’s housing rules for your market, with several creatives and question sets running side by side.

  5. 5

    Ongoing

    Weekly review

Each week we compare leads, contact rates, site visits and cost per visit by campaign, using the outcomes your sales team marks in the CRM, and shift budget towards what works.

Is this a fit

Who this is for, and who it isn’t.

A good fit if

  • Developers launching a residential or commercial project who need leads before and after launch
  • Brokers and agencies that want their own listing site and a steady flow of enquiries
  • Sales teams that already call leads quickly and will mark outcomes in a CRM
  • Developers selling to buyers in other countries, such as non-resident Indians in the Gulf, UK or US

Probably not for you if

  • Anyone who wants leads bought from data brokers or sent as bulk WhatsApp messages to people who haven’t opted in
  • Campaigns that rely on targeting housing ads by age, gender or postcode where the platforms don’t allow it
  • Teams without anyone to follow up leads within the same day
Pricing

What real estate digital marketing costs.

Microsites and CRM set-up are usually a fixed price; campaign management is monthly or hourly. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and Google and is never marked up, so you always see what the media cost. There is no lock-in, the ad accounts, pages and lead data stay yours, and if a deliverable doesn’t match the agreed scope we fix it at our cost.

FAQ

Questions we’re asked.

  • We would typically combine a project landing page, Meta lead ads and Google search ads for project and location searches, with qualifying questions on budget, timeline and location. Every lead gets an instant WhatsApp reply and goes straight to your CRM, and campaigns are judged by site visits rather than form fills.

  • They can be, especially for new project launches, because lead forms are easy to fill in on a phone. The risk is volume without intent, which is why we add qualifying questions and track which leads become site visits. In some markets housing ads fall under a special category with limited targeting, so creative and landing pages do more of the work.

  • It is a category advertisers must select for housing ads in certain countries, including the US. It restricts targeting by age, gender and detailed location, and removes some audience options. Rules differ by country and change over time, so we check the current policy for each market before a campaign goes live.

  • By asking a few qualifying questions, using higher-intent form types, excluding existing leads, and sending the ad platforms feedback about which leads became site visits or bookings. Fast follow-up matters as much as targeting.

  • Yes. Leads from Meta, Google and your website can be pushed into Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared and most other CRMs, assigned to a salesperson and followed by a WhatsApp message through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

  • It depends on the number of units, price point, location and how long the launch runs. We would work back from your sales target and expected site-visit-to-booking rate to a budget, and review it weekly. You pay the platforms directly, never through us.
