We only use essential cookies unless you say otherwise. Analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Meta Pixel) cookies are set only if you agree in the cookie pop-up, and you can change your mind at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store. They let a site, or a service it uses, recognise your browser on a later visit. Similar technologies include pixels (tiny images or scripts that report a page view) and browser storage.
2. Cookies on this site
Our own code sets one cookie, to remember your choice, and doesn’t use your browser’s local or session storage. The other cookies below come from third-party services, and the analytics and advertising ones are only set if you agree.

We may change the tools we use. When we do, we update this table and the date at the top of the page.
3. Types of cookies and your consent
- Essential (always on): our consent cookie and the Cloudflare security cookie. They hold no personal profile and aren’t used for tracking.
- Analytics (only with consent): the Google Analytics cookies. They tell us which pages are read, where visitors come from and which forms are used. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you.
- Advertising (only with consent): the Meta cookies. They show us whether our ads led to enquiries, and let us show our ads to people who have already visited us.
When you first visit, a pop-up asks for your choice: Accept all, Essential only, or Customise to choose analytics and advertising separately. Until you choose, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel don’t load at all. Your choice is kept for 12 months, and then we ask again.
4. Changing your mind
Select Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. If you turn a category off, we delete its cookies from your browser and stop loading its tools.
5. Other ways to control cookies
- Browser settings: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, either for all sites or for specific ones. See the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
- Google Analytics: install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta: manage how Meta uses data from other sites in your Facebook ad preferences.
- Tracking protection: browsers such as Safari, Firefox and Brave block many of these cookies by default.
Refusing analytics and advertising cookies won’t stop the site from working. Every page and form works without them.
