Turn store visits into revenue.
We work on the whole path from ad to repeat order: product pages, cart and checkout, Google Shopping and Meta catalogue ads, product feeds and the emails that bring buyers back. Everything is measured in GA4, so decisions come from conversion rate, order value and return on ad spend, not from traffic.
Traffic is up. Sales aren’t.
Buying visits is easy. Turning them into orders is where most stores lose money.
Slow product pages
Pages load slowly on a phone and shoppers leave before they see the product.
Hidden costs
Delivery charges appear late, so carts are abandoned at the last step.
A checkout that asks too much
Forcing an account or missing a payment method loses ready buyers.
Reports that don’t match the bank
The ad platform shows a good month while revenue says otherwise.
How we approach it
- Fix the tracking first, so every other change can be measured.
- Clearer product pages and a shorter checkout.
- A clean product feed and ads judged on return, not clicks.
- Emails that follow up people who nearly bought.
Conversion, acquisition and retention, in one plan.
- 01
Conversion rate optimisation
A review of product pages, collection pages, cart and checkout on mobile and desktop: speed, photos, delivery and returns information, trust signals, form fields and payment options. We fix what is clearly broken and list the rest as ideas to test.
- 02
A/B testing
Tests on the changes that matter, such as a product page layout, a free-delivery threshold or a shorter checkout, run until there is enough data to decide. Where your traffic is too low for a fair test, we say so and make the change on judgement instead.
- 03
Google Shopping and Performance Max
Shopping and Performance Max campaigns structured by margin, best sellers and new lines, with budgets set against return on ad spend.
- 04
Meta catalogue ads and product feeds
Advantage+ catalogue and dynamic product ads on Facebook and Instagram, plus a clean product feed for Google Merchant Center and Meta: titles, attributes, GTINs, prices, availability and images that meet each platform’s rules.
- 05
Email and SMS retention flows
Welcome, browse and abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows in Klaviyo, Shopify Email, Mailchimp or the tool you already use. English and Hindi copy from us; other languages from your translator.
- 06
GA4 e-commerce analytics
GA4 e-commerce events from product view to purchase, checked against your store’s own order data, with cookie consent in mind for UK and EU shoppers. A dashboard with conversion rate, average order value, ROAS and returning-customer revenue.
From a tracking check to a monthly testing routine.
Tracking and obvious fixes come first, because every later decision depends on them. Ads and emails usually produce useful data within a few weeks; A/B tests take as long as your traffic needs.

Within 7 working days
Call, NDA and proposal
An NDA before the first call if you want one, a look at your store and accounts, then a written proposal with scope, fee and a suggested ad budget.
- 2
Week 1–2
Tracking and store review
We fix or set up GA4 e-commerce events, ad platform conversions and the product feed, then review the store page by page. You get a prioritised list of fixes and test ideas.
- 3
Week 2–4
Quick fixes and core flows
We make the clear fixes on product pages, cart and checkout, and set up welcome, abandoned cart and post-purchase flows. Shopify, WooCommerce and custom stores are all changed on a staging copy first where possible.
- 4
Week 3–6
Shopping and catalogue campaigns
Google Shopping, Performance Max and Meta catalogue campaigns go live on a controlled budget, structured so we can see which products and audiences pay back.
- 5
Month 2 onward
Testing and weekly tuning
Each week we adjust bids, budgets, feed and audiences and send you a short written update. A/B tests run one at a time, and each month we report conversion rate, AOV, ROAS and repeat revenue, then agree what to try next.
Who this suits, and who it doesn’t.
A good fit if
- Online stores on Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom platform that already have traffic and sales
- Brands selling in the US, UK, Europe, the Gulf, Australia or India, or across several of them
- Teams that want ad spend judged on return and margin, not clicks
- Owners who want the store, ad accounts, email lists and data kept in their name
Probably not for you if
- Stores that haven’t launched yet or have almost no traffic: start with the build and basic ads first
- Businesses whose main problem is price, stock or delivery rather than the store and marketing
- Anyone looking for a promised sales figure or ROAS before we have seen the data
What does e-commerce growth work cost?
Our fee depends on the platform, the number of products and markets, and whether you want CRO, ads, email or all three. It can be a fixed price for a set piece of work, such as a store review and fixes, or a monthly fee for ongoing ads, testing and email, with no lock-in. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta and never marked up. You get a written proposal within 7 working days.

Questions we’re asked.
It works on everything between a shopper finding you and buying again: the store’s conversion rate, paid acquisition through Google Shopping and Meta, product feeds, email and SMS retention, and the analytics that tie it together. We run all of that from one plan.
Conversion rate optimisation: making changes to product pages, cart and checkout so a larger share of visitors buy. It starts with finding where shoppers drop off in GA4, then fixing clear problems and testing the less obvious ones.
Yes, both, and custom stores too. On Shopify we work with themes, apps and Shopify Email or Klaviyo; on WooCommerce with the theme, plugins and checkout. For custom stores we work in your codebase or with your developers.
No. Results depend on your products, prices, competition and the platforms themselves, and nobody controls those. We commit to the agreed work, done and reported every week. If a deliverable doesn’t match the agreed scope, we fix it at our cost.
Enough orders on the page being tested to reach a clear result in a reasonable time. We check your numbers before suggesting a test. On lower-traffic stores we make well-reasoned changes directly and watch the results instead of running tests that can’t conclude.
At minimum a welcome series, browse and abandoned cart reminders, a post-purchase series with delivery and care information, and a win-back email for lapsed customers. We set these up in your email tool and adjust them based on what they earn.
They count differently: attribution windows, cookie consent, view-through conversions and tracking gaps all change the numbers. We set up GA4 e-commerce events properly, compare them against your store’s actual orders and tell you which figure to use for which decision.
You do. The store, Google Ads, Merchant Center, Meta, email platform and customer lists stay in your name. We work in them with your permission, and if we stop working together, everything stays with you.
