If you are comparing agencies before hiring one, you have probably ended up on Clutch at some point. Amionyx has a profile there now: clutch.co/profile/amionyx. This post covers what is on it, how Clutch reviews work, and why we are asking our clients to write one.

What Clutch is

Clutch is a listing and review site for B2B service companies: marketing agencies, software developers, design studios and IT consultants. Businesses use it to build a shortlist before they send out a brief.

The reviews are what set it apart. On most review sites, anyone can type a few lines and click submit. Clutch checks that the reviewer is a real person who actually worked with the company, then collects the review as a short phone interview or a detailed online form. A typical review covers what the project was, roughly what it cost, how long it took and how it went. Each one carries scores for quality, schedule, cost and whether the client would refer the company to someone else.

That is why we wanted to be there. A Clutch review takes more effort to write than a star rating, so it usually says more.

What you will find on our profile

At the time of writing, the profile shows:

• Who we are: a digital marketing agency and software development company based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
• What we do: SEO and local SEO, Google Ads and performance marketing, social media marketing, website and mobile app development, AI development, custom software, UI/UX design, cloud services, IT consulting, and hiring support through our offshore talent service.

• Team and founding year: founded in 2026, with a team based in Indore.

• Ways to reach us: a link to our website, a "Get a Custom Proposal" button and a message form. All of them come straight to our team.

Zero reviews, for now

The profile is new, so the review count is zero. We are not going to fill it with favours from friends and family. Clutch would catch most of that anyway, and a page of five-star reviews from people who never paid us would not help anyone decide anything.

If you have worked with us, a review would genuinely help. It takes about 15 minutes. Message us and we will send you the link to Clutch's review form, or you can ask Clutch to do it as a phone call instead. Please be honest, including the parts that did not go perfectly. A review that mentions one missed deadline and how we fixed it is more useful to the next client than one that says "great work" and nothing else.

How to use Clutch when you are choosing an agency

This applies to us and to anyone else you are considering:

• Read the middle reviews first. Three and four-star reviews tend to describe real problems and how they were handled. That tells you more than a row of fives.
• Match the project size. Clutch shows roughly what each project cost. A company with great reviews on large enterprise builds may not be the right fit for a ₹1 lakh website, and the reverse is also true.
• Check the dates. Teams change. A review from three years ago describes a different company.
• Look at who wrote it. A review from the founder or the marketing head who managed the project day to day carries more weight than one from someone who saw only the final result.
• Cross-check the basics. The address, phone number and website on Clutch should match the company's own site, its Google Business Profile and its other listings. If they do not, ask why.
