Creator Terms and Data Consent

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply when you fill in the creator and influencer sign-up form at amionyx.com/im/ (“the form”) and join the Amionyx creator network (“the network”). They explain what we do with your details and what you agree to by joining.

Our Privacy Policy also applies. Where the two differ about your creator profile, these terms take precedence.

2. Who can join

• You must be 18 years of age or older. We don’t accept sign-ups from anyone under 18, and we delete any we find.
• The details you give must be your own and true. Don’t sign up on someone else’s behalf unless you are their authorised manager and they have agreed.
• Joining is free. We never ask creators to pay to join the network or to be offered a campaign.

3. What we collect

Everything you enter in the form:

• About you: name, email, WhatsApp number, age, gender, country, city and state, profession and languages
• Your platforms: the social media accounts you list, their links and follower counts
• Your work: content categories, the content and services you offer, your rates if you give them, and your portfolio or media kit link
• Your answers: the multiple-choice questions about production, travel, availability, campaign types, content usage and reporting

We may also look at your public profiles and the portfolio link you give us, to understand your content and audience.

4. How we use and share your profile

We use your details to match you with brand campaigns and to contact you about them.

By ticking the consent box on the form, you agree that we may share your profile, including your photos, portfolio, social media links, follower counts, answers, city and contact details, with brands, agencies and clients who are considering you for a campaign. Sharing is the purpose of the network: brands choose creators from the profiles we show them.

• We share only what a brand needs to consider you, and only for a specific campaign or shortlist
• We ask brands to use your details only to consider and contact you about that campaign
• We don’t sell your details, and we don’t publish your profile on our website without asking you first
• We don’t add you to marketing email lists

Your optional answers about campaign types (intimate apparel, romantic scenes and adult-oriented categories) are used only to avoid offering you campaigns you wouldn’t want. We don’t show these answers to brands as part of your profile. When a campaign needs one of them, we ask you first.

5. Campaigns and payment

• Joining doesn’t guarantee any campaign, number of campaigns or income
• Each campaign’s brief, deliverables, fee, usage rights, timelines and payment terms are agreed with you separately, in writing, before you start
• You can say no to any campaign
• You are responsible for following the advertising rules that apply to you, including disclosing paid partnerships (for example, the ASCI guidelines for influencer advertising in India)

6. Your content and likeness

Joining the network gives no one the right to use your content, name, photos or likeness. Those rights are granted only through a campaign agreement you sign.

The photos and videos in your portfolio link are used only to present you to brands. Keep the folder shared as “anyone with the link can view” so brands can see it, and remove access whenever you like.

7. How long we keep your profile

We keep your profile while you are part of the network, until you ask us to remove it (see section 8).

If you sign up again with the same email, your profile is updated with your new answers.

8. Withdrawing consent and your rights

You can withdraw your consent, or ask us to correct or delete your profile, at any time by emailing hello@amionyx.com with the subject line “Creator profile”. We’ll act within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.

Withdrawing doesn’t undo sharing that already happened, but we’ll tell any brand that has your profile for a live shortlist that you’ve withdrawn, and stop sharing it from then on. If you are in the middle of a campaign, the campaign agreement still applies.

Your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the GDPR if you are in the EU or UK, are set out in our Privacy Policy, which also names our grievance officer.

9. Where your data is stored

Your profile is stored in our database on Cloudflare and emailed to our team inbox on Microsoft 365. Brands you are shared with may be anywhere in the world. See section 13 of our Privacy Policy on transfers outside India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and email creators in the network if the change affects how we share profiles.
