We are looking for a confident, driven Digital Marketing Account Associate who can manage client relationships, handle social media accounts, generate leads and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. The role suits someone who wants real responsibility, fast growth and hands-on startup experience.
The salary of ₹10,000–25,000 a month depends on your skills, experience and performance.

What you’ll do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage client accounts and make sure projects run smoothly.
- Handle and grow client social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
- Follow up with inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Meet prospects and close deals professionally.
- Prepare proposals, reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver results for clients.
- Keep client satisfaction and retention high.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong client handling and relationship management.
- Sales, negotiation and closing skills.
- Lead generation and consistent follow-up.
- Social media management skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing: SEO, ads, branding and content marketing.
- Presentation and pitching skills.
- Good time management and multitasking.
- A problem-solving mindset, a professional attitude and confidence.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently and take ownership.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales or client servicing.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field.
