Amionyx is hiring a Full Stack Developer to work with one of our clients, a company based in Australia.
You will be part of the Amionyx team in Indore and work day to day with the client’s team, building and improving their web applications across the front end, the back end and the database. The role suits a developer who enjoys owning features from start to finish and communicating clearly with people in another country.
Your working hours will overlap with Australian business hours, which means an earlier start than a usual Indian working day.
What you’ll do
- Build features end to end: React front ends, Node.js and TypeScript APIs, and the database behind them.
- Turn requirements and designs from the Australian team into working, tested features.
- Write clean, typed code with tests, and review and be reviewed through pull requests.
- Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Fix bugs, improve performance and keep the application secure and maintainable.
- Join stand-ups and planning with the client team, and give clear written updates on progress.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript, with React on the front end.
- Node.js back-end experience, building and consuming REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Comfortable with Git, pull requests and code review.
- Good written and spoken English for daily work with an Australian team.
- Able to work hours that overlap with Australian business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience with AWS or another cloud platform, Docker and CI/CD.
- Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.
- Automated testing with Jest, Playwright or similar.
